Once full payment is received, the completed website and associated design files become your property. Until that time, all materials remain the intellectual property of HK Publishing.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel a project at any time. Refunds for work already started will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless no work has been performed.

6. Limitation of Liability

HK Publishing (Hayden Edgeworth) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of your website, including downtime, errors, or third-party hosting issues.
